Are the key servers down for anyone else?

I have been trying to do a fresh install for two days now and every time I try to refresh the keys it fails. This is the July release.

The slowness was not due to Endeavour’s mirror. It only loads a few small packages from that. You were connected to a slow Arch Linux mirror. About the keyserver, the main SKS keyserver pool has an expired SSL certificate. Use an alternate keyserver until this is resolved.

Problem with EOS signature

Try a different keyserver (e.g. keyserver.ubuntu.com) - this one was/is having problems.
