Every year on September 3 in Italy in my city Viterbo (about 70 km north of Rome) the “transport of Santa Rosa” is repeated.
About one hundred men carry a bell tower about 30 meters high and weighing 5100 kg on their shoulders through the dark streets of the city in honor of the patron saint of the city, Santa Rosa.
Witnessing the transport in person is an extraordinary emotion but I would like to share this event with you in a short video.
I hope you enjoy it and intrigue you.
Forgive my English, I’ve never been good with languages.
