Crackling Audio

I’ve been running EndeavourOS for at least a year on my desktop, I update weekly and recently I’m noticing audio is really getting crackly. My speakers and amp appear fine, I checked connections and it sounds more like a software issue. I’ve heard similar crackling when running Linux on the X13s ARM laptop and that was totally software based.

Any ideas on how to diagnose or fix this issue?

Might the be what you are experiencing?

There are more topics with people hearing crackling sounds, but they are about using wine or lutris.

Thanks for that, true it might be a return from sleep issue. Still testing
