from some days the CPU is overloaded, using just firefox or chrome.
and the fan is really loud
it was never so loud before
could you maybe recommend me a solution? 
What is it running on? Laptop or desktop?

unfortunately not
but here is the CPU:

System Temperatures: cpu: 72.0 C pch: 61.0 C mobo: N/A
Fan Speeds (RPM): cpu: 3300
That doesn’t help me. Just tells me the cpu temp and fan speed.
