I didn’t think it would ever release..been waiting like 10 years on it.
Do you suppose there will ever be a 4.0? Will any of us live to see it ? 2.0 release was 2004..I guess I’ve been waiting 21 years?

Good to see it finally come out. . . .I got tired of ‘Adobe’ Photoshop clowns using Windows saying it was the ‘best’ money can buy. At least there is something now comparable. . . .
You know…quite some years back, I could work well in it. Then I didn’t use it for years, and now I know nothing.
But I’m sure you and I could learn it again, hey I did it once. But use it or lose it, does have some relevance apparently.
I’ve been using GIMP 3 since yesterday and the non-destructive editing is so good, and combining that with all the additions and improvements makes it amazing. It does feel that GIMP loads things a bit slower now though
