- Hey everyone,
- I’m running EndeavourOS with Gnome 47.1 and encountering a frustrating issue with a corrupted screen upon waking from sleep. Every time my system wakes, the icons and text on the GDM login screen look garbled and distorted (see attached image).
- Here’s what I know so far:
- Problem: Corrupted screen on wakeup (GDM login screen). Icons and text are distorted.
- Login: Despite the corruption, I can still log in successfully.
- Boot: This issue only occurs after waking from sleep, not during a fresh boot.
- Troubleshooting: I’ve already tried disabling all Gnome extensions, but it had no effect.
- I suspect this isn’t an EndeavourOS-specific problem, but rather something related to Gnome/GDM and my Intel HD Graphics.
- Has anyone encountered this before or have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
- Thanks in advance!
