Ok so first i removed
pipewire-jack
did a full upgrade and rebooted, installed pipewire-jack, which prompted
pipewire-jack and jack2 are in conflict (jack). Remove jack2? [y/N]
as you mentioned. Continued with Yes and then installed
pipewire-jack lib32-pipewire-jack
After reboot everything seem to be working at the moment, mpv and browser plays audio/video correctly and obs record seem to be working fine as well.
