It almost happens every day. Chrome will freeze a couple seconds when I clicked on something or scrolled down the page. And it happens on all three of my EOS machines. How should I diagnose this?
Does this happen on Firefox?

I would see if it happens on another browser

No, only on Chrome. I have Brave and Librewolf and they are both fine.
Why do you need 3 browsers? Don’t use chrome then.

I wish I don’t need Chrome, but need it due to work requirement, digital tyranny…
It doesn’t seem to happen on Fedora Plasma though…
Have you tried disabling hardware acceleration in the browser?
@apachecai
You could set some flags in chrome://flags
or use kernel parameters. Maybe some of these as others have alluded to. Maybe post your hardware also. inxi -Faz | eos-sendlog

- Did you try to disable all extensions?
- Did you try pure Chromium?
- Digital tyranny you say? Does your company requieres you to install extra software?
- Check htop when it happens
