What if you put this in the first line in chaotic-mirrorlist
Server = https://de-mirror.chaotic.cx/$repo/$arch
and do then sudo pacman -Syu
You can remove that line from the chaotic-mirrorlist file.
After that:
sudo pacman -Rsn chaotic-keyring chaotic-mirrorlist
sudo pacman -S chaotic-keyring chaotic-mirrorlist
I have to use sudo pacman -U 'https://cdn-mirror.chaotic.cx/chaotic-aur/chaotic-keyring.pkg.tar.zst' 'https://cdn-mirror.chaotic.cx/chaotic-aur/chaotic-mirrorlist.pkg.tar.zst'
oh hey its fixed! the keyring package just got an update so maybe that was it
