Okay , I have used many distros before and I am pretty familiar with Linux Desktop Environments like MATE, GNOME, XFCE , etc.
Now I have installed endeavour os in Deepin Edition . But I wanted to change it to GNOME .
Is there a way to change the edition of the os after installation or do I need to run the installer again ?
I’m pretty certain there isn’t an EndeavourOS Deepin Edition? Where did you get that from?
You can install the desktop environment software packages like any other package.
You can do that if you want to wipe everything and start again.

He probably meant installing the Deepin DE with the online installer.
If you have only just done the install you will be much better off re-installing.
It is definitely possible to remove deepin and install gnome but it can be somewhat tricky to ensure you get everything you need and remove everything that came with deepin while ensuring that none of the old config conflicts with the new.

My vote:
- Full backup/timeshift on demand snapshot
- Have a go at installing alongside
- Get paranoid about whether a fresh install would have been better.
- Do a fresh install from USB.
- Change your mind and restore your old desktop from the snapshot.
- End up with the best (which is KDE) and stop messing about.
I installed through the online installer.
Thanks, It helped
