Change Time Zone

Hello,
I have a stand alone install on my laptop, not dual boot using i3wm. How do I change my time zone. I checked the following but I don’t know how to change to Mountain Time

timedatectl
Local time: Thu 2022-06-16 03:17:28 HST
Universal time: Thu 2022-06-16 13:17:28 UTC
                 RTC time: Thu 2022-06-16 03:17:28
                Time zone: Pacific/Honolulu (HST, -1000)
System clock synchronized: yes
              NTP service: active
          RTC in local TZ: yes

Cheers
Zut

You could use

timedatectl list-timezones

to list the time zones.

Looking for Mountain:

timedatectl list-timezones | grep Mountain
Canada/Mountain
US/Mountain

See here for how to set time zones: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Time_zone#Time_zone

list available time zones:

timedatectl list-timezones

choose your time zone and use the following command to set your time zone:

timedatectl set-timezone Zone/SubZone(your_time_zone)

in your case you need only the command:

timedatectl set-timezone US/Mountain

That worked great. Thank you for your help!!
