No i can’t, i’ve tried every tty and my system is doomed. IG it’s chroot time
No. Only one DM can run at the same time, as they all use the same Alias name (display-manager.service)
W moim przypadku to narzędzie rozwiązało problem. Dziękuję.
Im using lightdm and have put the image inside of /usr/share/endeavouros/backgrounds and made the appropriate change to background=/usr/share/endeavouros/backgrounds/image.jpg in the slick-greeter conf file located at /etc/lightdm/slick-greeter conf
Im still getting a dotted black screen. I can log in but the image is gone completely. I looked up some other workarounds and also chmod 644 the image ti make sure it has permisssions. Not sure what to do now?
Its weird because I remeber having done this so easily, but after a recent system reinstall I had to configure it again and cant seem to figure it out lol.
Any help is much appreciated!
This thread is a year old. Much better to start a new thread about your issue.
