i installed endeavouros with gnome and budgie.
By default I start with gnome, how can I switch to budgie?

You can select budgie from the login screen.

If GDM is installed, clic on your user, then on the bottom right corner there is a button to choose desktop.
edit : if it’s not GDM i’ts the same. Just depend on your loggin manager. Find a sort of configuration button.
solltest du bei der Installation die Option “automatisch anmelden” gewählt haben,
muß dies deaktiviert werden um beim booten in das login-Fenster zu kommen
