Captain 400 USB and Bluetooth Headset Mic not working?

I’ve just buyed the Captain 400 gaming Headset, put in the USB Stick in the PC and the Mic on the Headset but the Mic is not working, it also wont work, in Bluetooth mode on Mobilephone
