Can't resize panel

i am unbale to resize the panel in kde plasma. on other forums it mentions changing the theme. i have tried changing the theme. right now i am using dracula but i have tried 2 others (Breeze Dark EndeavourOS & Otto) with no luck. idk what to do or why this happened but it kind of sucks lol if anyone knows anything please shoot me an idea.

Does it work if you set the Plasma Style to Breeze? I think that’s what they meant by the theme, not the Global Theme.
