What browsers have you used?

firefox

What exactly do you mean with “can’t”? Are the videos not loading? Is it not an option inside the quality menu?

I can smoothly play 720p vidoes but on 1080 its starts to dropping frames…dont know why…

Install libva-utils and send the output of vainfo.

Have you tried to disable hardware acceleration in your browser settings?

No…when i disable it…it losses many frames comparing to turning on the hardware acceleration

Enable hardware acceleration, install the enhanced-h264ify extension, disable all codecs but H.264. If HW accel is working, intel_gpu_top should show more than %0 for “video” tab.
