Can't open NAS shares from File Manager

Hi, I have a NAS installed. It shows in the File Managers (thunar, deepin file manager) but when I try to open it I get Failed to retrieve share list from Server: Connection Refused

I suspect that I need to give a password (one time) but how?

If I run smbclient -L then I’m asked for a password. Also I can mount the shares using the command line mount -t cifs and also supplying user name and password:
