Can't log out of KDE - Log out button stops working

When I try to log out, some apps close, but not all of them. For some unknown reason, I can try to log out once more before I stop getting the 30-second countdown for me to log out.

After this second attempt, I can no longer use the log out button, as it does nothing (graphically), but
Journalctl shows some logs about dbus, but I don’t have them as of writing this, and don’t know how to get them back from the previous session, so if someone could chip in on more info about getting relevant logs, that’d be great

Well, this is obviously because your PC loves you and doesn’t want you to leave.

(try dmesg, but journalctl is the officially suggested way to see kde logs)

some apps preventing logouts/reboots on plasma.

The power options in the menu is connected to the safe logout/reboot/shutdown behavior to prevent data loss.

I used Journalctl and the relevant logs I got were these:

A ton of this line after the second attempt at logging out -
systemd[2664]: Started Launch DrKonqi for a systemd-coredump crash (PID 3101/UID 1000).

And this line when pressing the Log Out button when it seems to do nothing -
systemd[2664]: Started dbus-:1.2-org.kde.LogoutPrompt@3.service.

Where do I go from here?
