My laptop switched off during system upgrade and now I’m stuck on this screen. Is there a way so solve this without usb with arch iso?
No, there is no other way to fix that as in re-doing the update within a live system and arch-chroot. The message shows that the kernel is missing. You have to re-create the kernel(s).
Look in the wiki section https://discovery.endeavouros.com/category/system-rescue/. There you should find all necessary information.
