I get an error to install C++ and .NET in the launcher on steam with proton experimental/ge and on wine I get this error:

Noticed you posted on the github also, seems this game has had issues for a lot of users for a while from what I have been finding. My only suggestions at this point would be to 1. Wait for a fix 2. Try out every option possible 3. Play something else

Hmmm … I also use AMD Hardware (CPU / GPU) and I use the open source AMD driver. Perhaps thats the problem? Also I installed steam by repository and NOT by flatpak.
I also installed steam by repository. I installed LACT for gpu overclocking and I think I needed to install different drivers or something else if not drivers
I reinstalled steam and the game and a couple of other things from here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/AMDGPU and here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=283057. The game works now but it is running worse than windows. oh and this launch options: VK_DRIVER_FILES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.i686.json:/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/radeon_icd.x86_64.json %command%
Have you tried installing the Flatpak version of Steam to compare as to how it runs then?
I can’t add a new drive and I don’t want to reinstall the game for this
Do you have https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/xdg-desktop-portal/ installed?
Is that the Flatpak version of Steam, if so you need to give the Steam Flatpak permission to your Steam game folder with Flatseal.
No it wasn’t but now it is
Have a try with that installed you may need to reboot first. I needed it when I went to make backups.

nah I can’t get flatpak steam. It will probably be similar fps. I removed the launch options and the game runs slightly better. Still looks worse than windows because of the LOD. The game uses more vram than on windows I think.
That may make it easier for you to understand/track what I was referring to
