What did you do once you chrooted into the system? Did you, for example, run another package update?
Did you edit your post to remove the fact this is a dual booting Windows system? Did you receive a windows update prior to your system entering this state?
Didnt use windows since I installed endeavour for the first time, which was 4 days ago

I removed anything optimus related, now i just boot into
Failed to start light display manager
Failed to start wait for network to be configured
No black screens, just that lightdm still doesnt work
