Says at the end of the log that it fails to resize the actual partition of your drive, so maybe in windows disk manager (or any partition tool that you can use) try shrinking a partition from there and then use that partition to install Endeavour.

i would suggest doing this from Windows, after checking filesystem.
And try again using the free space.
