[Bug?] The entire terminal is one color and color changes don't work

i can not reproduce this here… if i choose zsh as my shell i got color settings working … bash do not have this by default as far as i know… (xfce4-terminal)

I can confirm i also had that issue earlier today doing a similar installation. Seems fine now though.

I updated after the fresh install and chose zsh as shell. Now everything is fine. Thanks for all of the replies
