Try making a new user and seeing if it still happens there.

I created one new and:

xd

I need to put all of my thing on the new one or there is a way to fix the current one?
Thanks anyways :D.

Just see if the problem happens on the new one. You can just move things to the new one if you find that easier. If the problem doesn’t occur then, you can try deleting the KDE configs on the original.

I will try to delete the config cause in the new one, I put the same theme and it didn’t do the weird stuff on the task bar, for casuality do you have a command or easy way to delete the configs?
Either way, thank for the response my man, you save me a lot of time xd.

nevermind:
I use this commands and fix it after the reboot,
it delete all of my themes, but it solve the bug.
I like a nuke for kde at least for the customization part.

rm -rf ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
rm -rf ~/.config/plasmashellrc
rm -rf ~/.config/kdeglobals
rm -rf ~/.config/kded*
rm -rf ~/.config/kactivitymanagerd
rm -rf ~/.config/kcm_*
rm -rf ~/.config/kglobalaccel*
rm -rf ~/.config/kirigami*
rm -rf ~/.config/kwinrc
rm -rf ~/.config/kscreenlockerrc
rm -rf ~/.config/kwin*
rm -rf ~/.config/kio_uiserver
rm -rf ~/.config/ksmserverrc
rm -rf ~/.config/kded*
rm -rf ~/.local/share/plasma*

then:
rm -rf ~/.kde4

then:

rm -rf ~/.cache/*
rm -rf ~/.local/share/kscreen*
rm -rf ~/.local/share/konsole*

then:

reboot

and it fix my taskbar.
Thanks for the support.
