This might be Framework 16 specific, but I haven’t gotten any useful responses over there.
Hoping for some secret AMD GPU trickery or something to fix this, or some clues for diagnosing the source.

Every now and then, I’m getting a white rectangle (about the entire bottom half of the screen) flashing white for a frame or two… enough to see and distract me, but it doesn’t stick around for long. The frequency doesn’t seem to be fixed, and I don’t see it at all when I’m running a full-screen game. Sometimes it’ll be once an hour, sometimes three or four times in five minutes.
This doesn’t leave any graphical artifacts or cause any system instability. If it wasn’t the same size/location every time, it would almost seem like a tearing/buffering problem.
