It’s the same issue as with the installer.
For some reason, grub-install fails to write into your ESP. I don’t know why 
You could try the following but I am not sure if it will work:
grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=EnOS --force --removable
