Booting from 'USB Device' failed;verify it contains a 64-bit UEFI OS

I have an acer chromebook c730 and i tried booting it to windows and it did worked for me but i didnt know installing to windows will cause problems, so now i tried going back to chomeos but any time i download linux mint to run it up it says Booting from ‘USB Device’ failed;verify it contains a 64-bit UEFI OS.i tried installing ubuntu 18 32bit but still it says that sh*t.
