Hi Seven,

first turn off FASTBOOT
Could you give the result of :

inxi -M

i turned fast boot off but the boot message is still there

inxi -M doesn’t work in terminal, or do i use it at boot?

thanks for the swift reply

If Inxi doesn’t work is certainly because you didn’t install it ?

i just figured that out myself

Hello @Seven
@FLVAL Probably need to just add acpi=noirq in the kernel parameters.

Did you just update the UEFI to 2203?

is there a simple command to do that or does it involve nano?

yes i did, from 1407 to 2203

Strange your date Bios doesn’t correspond to the one on Asus ?

ASUS

@FLVAL
I think is just a difference in date posted or Country.

Yep Bios is ok with the latest.
Do you have only problem with EOS or the same with others OS ?

Is there more to the error message that you can relay and also does it affect the boot such as slow it down? Or is it just an error message.

i only use EOS

Ok do you have the DOCP activated ?

it seems to be just an error message

And could you reproduce it each time you boot or it’s gone ?
This kind of message is about low level UEFI/BIOS…

Do in terminal:

yay inxi

Then 1

Enter password

select Y

Then return inxi -Fxxxza --no-host
