Boot freezes at "a start job is running for dracut initqueue hook"

Hi, I have done regular package updates for my EOS yesterday, but this morning I couldn’t boot into system again (right now it’s night here), it shows “a start job is running for dracut initqueue hook (3s / no limit)” and then the boot progress completely freezes, the counter does not tick any more, I have waited for 5 minutes, nothing changes. Here is the screenshot of the boot log (sorry I don’t know how to obtain the log text on boot screen):

I have tried boot with live USB and then:

• Install a LTS kernel (6.12)
• run reinstall-kernels
• run dracut-rebuild
  None of these works, the same problem still happens.

I would try downgrading linux and linux-headers to 6.17.6 and see if that fixes it or not.
