BlueTooth not working

Bluetooth is not working.
According to @Hystrix advice,

sudo pacman -S --needed bluez bluez-utils
sudo systemctl start bluetooth –> start till next reboot/power off system
sudo systemctl enable bluetooth –> enable to start on booting the machine (permanent)

I have even rebooted laptop, it is still not working.
It received the notification of incoming bluetooth transfer… but there is not data in my download folder

I see that rfkill is radio frequency related.
I have done as you suggested, but it still not receiving.
I have enable audio speaking on event, "it did said successful , but got problem in something, asking me to check out log file somewhere. Because the voice is so like digital voice, i can hardly hear what is the exact words it is saying.

obexd[1337]: Source ID 70 was not found when attempting to remove it
kded5[1091]: bluedevil: Removed Obex session is not ours "/org/bluez/obex/server/session2"
bluetoothd[802]: src/profile.c:ext_io_disconnected() Unable to get io data for Object Push: getpeername: Transport endpoint is not connected (107)
kded5[1091]: bluedevil: ReceiveFileJob-Transfer Error
obexd[1337]: PUT(0x2), Forbidden(0x43)
obexd[1337]: disconnected: Transport got disconnected

Source ID 70 was not found when attempting to remove it
endpoint is not connected
disconnected: Transport got disconnected

i would bet also on rfkill, or powermanagement, but it shows

bluetooth hci0   blocked unblocked

what does it show after

sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth

?
and what if you do a block unblock cycle?

sudo rfkill block bluetooth
sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth
sudo systemctl restart bluetooth

After i did
sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth
The bluetooth works, now able to receive files from Android phone.
Thanks.

$ bluetooth
bluetooth = on

$ rfkill
ID TYPE      DEVICE      SOFT      HARD
 0 wlan      phy0     blocked unblocked
 1 bluetooth hci0   unblocked unblocked

$ sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth

$ rfkill
ID TYPE      DEVICE      SOFT      HARD
 0 wlan      phy0     blocked unblocked
 1 bluetooth hci0   unblocked unblocked

$ rfkill
ID TYPE      DEVICE      SOFT      HARD
 0 wlan      phy0     blocked unblocked
 1 bluetooth hci0   unblocked unblocked

Even though nothing changed thru rfkill, but somehow bluetooth works.

Did this command

$ sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth

causes the change from "blocked " to "unblocked " ?

Because i didn’t go thru this cycle:

?
and what if you do a block unblock cycle?

sudo rfkill block bluetooth
sudo rfkill unblock bluetooth
sudo systemctl restart bluetooth

The command literally says “unblock bluetooth.”

Hello. I had the same issue and thank you your solution solved it. I just installed EOS and I think bluetooth should work out of the box… Otherwise every thing is ok and seems great.

We do simply do not enable Bluetooth per default, same as for everything you may not need to be enabled or installed and would cause using power or resources and could cause a security risk.
