Bluetooth is not available on start. There’s no icon on the task bar, nor in the system settings > bluetooth. Have to do
sudo systemctl restart bluetooth
every time for bluetooth to appear, sort of when needed. In a way, it might be alright, but is there a way to have bluetooth available on computer start?
Have you already
sudo systemctl enable --now bluetooth.service
?
If not, run the above and reboot. Check if bluetooth is available at startup.

I add a little info for beginners: always start by looking at the OS wiki, if there is one before asking a question. https://endeavouros.com/docs/hardware-and-network/bluetooth/

Yes, I suppose you are right.
Been used to having working-out-of-the-box distros for too long. I like the forum already!
