Bluetooth headphones stop working

Every 10 minutes or something headphones on bluetooth stop working - there is no sound, but connection is still there. Downgrading of bluez or installing bluez-git from aur didnt help. This problem may also occur when switching sound channels. When in wired mode there is no problems. Using latest pipewire.

without any info no one will be able to start helping.
Aside from the current issue with BT audio and latest bluez packages BT is working in general speaking …

There could be some issue related to your setup of software or used hardware … both we do not know anything about…

Oh, thanks, I am newbie so I didnt know how to do that.

So we just need to wait for patch? But why downgrade didnt help then?

you may not fully done that…
Also your issue could be something related to your hardware…

thats a hybrid BT wifi chipset… known to be problematic…

googled it for you

Ok, so I will try to downgrade all buez related packages, and if it wouldnt help - this is hardware to blame.

Disconnect and unpair in bluedevil. Use bluetoothctl to connect. I have the same card and it works perfectly after using blutoothctl.

remove paired BT devices from bluedevil and use cli tool could solve this…

sudo bluetoothctl
—> https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Bluetooth_headset

sudo downgrade bluez bluez-utils bluez-libs
and choose 66 version for all 3 in the process
