Hi everyone!
I installed plymouth and edited grub config and everything was fine until I rebooted.
I saw grub menu, then plymouth and then SDDM as normal. But after I logged in I see that the primary screen is black. Like I can move windows on it, it identifies in settings but interface and wallpapers don’t show up.
Below will be a screenshot of this problem. Hope anyone knows how to fix it.

I forgot to rebuild dracut and that was the issue. Thanks for sending link to this thread
I guess I don’t have to create a new thread to continue addressing this problem.
So after I rebuilt dracut everything was fine for 2 days, primary monitor’s interface was fine. But I guess after I did “eos-update” (I don’t know the real cause), the problem as on screenshot has appeared again.
I tried rebooting, rebuilding dracut but it didn’t help at all.
But even the screen is black, I can move windows on it and launch runner
UPD:
I found the problem why KDE wasn’t showing interface. I had the wallpaper plugin named “Smart Video Wallpaper Reborn” and for like a month or so on some systems it was segfaulting and that was the issue. I’ll post a link down below for anyone who will have the same problem
