Bad audio quality with bluetooth

hi i am very new to endevouros ( and linux in general ) and i am having trouble with my bluetooth earbuds . i dont know if this is a bluetooth issue or a sound issue but for example watching youtube or anything like that the audio sounds great but joining something like a discord call or playing a game that has voice chat the quality of the sound gets really bad .
when i open pavucontrol i can see the audio codec automatically switches from ACC to mSBC how do i stop this ? is there a driver i am missing or a setting that needs to be changed ? i used nobara linux for a time and i did not have this problem ever
this is a fresh install of endevouros
sorry if this post is not in the right forum im not really sure where to put it i made this account just to post
i can try to provide any info that will be needed .

This is a very different distro than Nabara/Fedora. EndeavourOS is a Minimal Arch based system which requires more from the end user. With EndeavourOS your getting a barebone OS with a few Graphical Highlights and a few tools to assist in maintenance.

Start with.
Providing Logs of at least some of the basic info would go along way in helping.
Providing information about audio device / Bluetooth device.
