Authentication failed hen using pamac-manager on i3 and dm

I was using dwm and i tried to install something through the pamac-manager but all it said was

Authentication failed

Did you type in your password correctly?

It doesn’t even ask me for my password it just says authentication failed

OK What does that have to do with EndeavourOS? The only official package manager for Arch Linux is pacman. EndeavourOS also does not currently have a dwm option.

I went to the arch Reddit and they said to go to the endeavour os forums. I’ll go try the suckles fourms next
