edit2: well it was, lol. seems to be working again.
For I moment I thought it was bought down by a RAT or some other malicious piece of software

Nope. x and . & : are definitely note included in base 16.

In C and other languages 0x is a common way to notate hexidecimal.
The periods are just stops and the colon was the product of quotation.
As I suggested 6 days ago… 
Didn’t find that cryptic at all, only harder to type. Jumped into the eyes. Maybe just 50+ years of IT leaving their traces… 
Must’ve been lucky with the AUR—all my updates today went through.

The last post was submitted at almost the exact same time as it going online again.
A little over 20 minutes ago as of this posting.
It has been reliably available for a short while so I might expect it should be for most everyone by now.
Same right now, I thought it was my problem because yesterday I removed a lot of packages, strange coincidence
