Asus expertbook b5302cea 1135g7

hi
Looking to try out endeavouros. what can i expect as far as things that need to be done for this somewhat poorly supported asus model?

Welcome to the forum!

To begin with, can you show the output of command

inxi -Fza

If you have the ISO burned to a USB stick, should be easy to do.

[liveuser@eos-2024.04.20 ~]$ sudo inxi -Fza

I am not seeing any “exotic” piece of hardware in your output which may not be supported by the Linux kernel.

If most everything, like audio, wifi, bluetooth, graphics etc, work fine in the Live session, so, in principle, they should work on the installed system as well.

I agree with @pebcak .
And if you happen to find any problem, feel free to ask for help here.

specifically, im looking for the fan control/ throttling support. the machine runs quite hot, pretty much all the time, and i dont think the fans ever hit 100% even under load.

46 degrees sounds OK to me.
There are power management apps.
