Interesting article, sad too. I just feel like this over-saturation is a bubble that’s going to burst. Most of us can see the Emperor Has No Clothes (i.e. over-rated and limited and sometimes deceitful). I know it’s effective for many but there’s nothing wrong with my brain that I can’t figure stuff out on my own.
It absolutely scares me the corporate world want’ this to be the new norm. Hard to believe corporate customer service could get even worse than it is now
