At this point, you need to look into tools that monitor your web traffic and highlights addresses with too much traffic. Still better than kneecaping your cpu. 20% is a lot.

1.2.0.B is the AGESA that will bring the patch for this vulnerability…
Now it is a matter of time, or a lot of time depending on your motherboard manufacturer to release it…
