Just because. Couldn’t sleep and found this nice HAL 9000-themed wallpaper somewhere on the Internet, just had to add the text…
And I don’t even like purple… mumble, mumble… but I really, really like EndeavourOS.

That’s awesome!
All credits to the original (unknown) creator—I just added the text.
And just for the fun of it: The best Piper-TTS approximation I could make for above text: https://0x0.st/8wdF.wav (normalized to -18 LUFS)
Note: Piper-TTS doesn’t (yet?) support SSML, so no emphasis on the “can”, sorry.
Odd. Just tried again: Firefox downloads it, Chromium plays it.
Yes it seems to work at my end too using Vivaldi.
Here’s one I used as a login sound for a while: https://0x0.st/8wRo.wav
Strange, indeed. Must be something with the https://0x0.st domain and my ISP. Because when I switch on Mullvad VPN, the link works properly.
Strange, yeah. Maybe some crazy guy put 0x0.st on a block list “because it looks like a hex code—must be a hacking site” or such…
EDIT: Maybe because they seem to use HSTS—I’ve seen those RECORD_TOO_LONG errors sometimes, when clients (or proxies) don’t understand HTTP Strict Transport Security.
