This is what I got after updating my system:

==> Warning about https://endeavour.remi.lu/repo/$repo/$arch:
    Update level is 2107/2111, some packages may be outdated.
    Continuing.

I saw other topics about that repo having difficulties to connect and now it says that some packs could not be out-of-date…
I’m asking if keeping this repo could stil be a good idea about reliabilty. I’m asking this just because I’m not an expert.

It is only a warning, which is normal. And it affects to the [endeavouros] repo only.

If it is listed as first in your /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist, then you should just run eos-rankmirrors again which will move it to the end of the list.
