I don’t know if anyone remembers the legendary lack of quality from Dell and their computers in the late 90’s? Say what you will, but they made for great cup holders them broken cd-rom trays!
Aren’t they still making junk? A lot of these manufacturers use the cheapest ways of selling people stripped down computers with little or no upgradeability with proprietary components. Maybe things have changed? I know putting your own system together with individual components is by far better and you know what you are paying for, and how well it’s built. . .
