I’ve been a forum mod in the past (not here), and was always able to recover accidentally deleted threads. Surely someone can restore it from a backup.
We didn’t do anything the Software did.
Me too, it shows i have 4 posts that i missed. What could they be?

The topic shows the last person to post in the thread. You can click their avatar to go to their profile.
Click the “activity” tab.
Scroll down to the topic to see the final joke!
By the way, if you want to clear the “unread” status of the topic (so it does not forever taunt you that there is one unread reply in the thread), click the “toggle bulk selection of topics” button, then check the box next to the topic and hit “clear all”.
