Looks ok to me, I have that some (few) times, too. Looks like some old or unreachable mirror servers got tried and timed out. Nothing to worry about, I’m thinking.

To be sure, you could check /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist and see if the timed-out servers are in there after the eos-rankmirrors step.

In mine, as example, the distrohub.kyiv.ua server is already commented out.

There was also a new endeavouros-mirrorlist in the updates lately, you could use pacdiff to replace/update yours.

Besides, I’d investigate this:

Guess it should be able to run that, and create an on-screen notification in case a Reboot is recommended.

good day dear Moonbase59
many thanks for the quick reply and for having a look at the output (s). Awesome.
well i am glad that you find the “report” okay. -

regarding the second thing - ( the user-notification ) i will have a look at what is possible here.

have a great day .
greetings - yours otrott;)

It is perfectly normal, that’s actually the point of the process, to check which mirrors are usable/fastest in order to use the best ones available and not get problems with dead or slow mirrors

About the hook error, it should be resolved on your next reboot, it’s most likely a problem with it’s dependency on libnotify, happens sometimes when updating, nothing serious (unless there has been some problem while updating but seeing the begining of your log, you probably just had a huge update, happens)
