Hi,

is that normal, that I have 2 icons there?
1 for Add/Remove Software
2 for Software Update

or does it not matter?

That’s probably normal, but if that’s discover you shouldn’t be using it except for flatpaks.

They launch pamac in different tabs

  1. pamac-manager

Yes. it’s called Add/Remove Software in the application menu.
