OM^[1], grown up with, used, taught and supported all the wonders of IT since ~1976: IBM/370-158, DEC PDP-11, Data General Eclipse^[2] & Nova3, POINT4, ZX-81, C64, Sun Microsystems, Lisa, Mac, IBM PC. Played the original ADVENT(ure), used CP/M 2.2 with system on one 8" 160 KB floppy disk, dBASE & WordStar on the other. Worked with OS/360, UNIX, IRIS, SunOS, BSD, Minix, Linux, DOS, OS/2, BeOS, NeXTSTEP, Windows^[3], Mac OS.
What an incredible journey! I’m grateful having been part of it.
