Retired BAS Systems engineer. Hardware & Software. Began on an Eniac installed at the University via a 300 baud acoustically coupled modem, served as a Marine during the tail end of Vietnam, was wounded in an accident.

Was with Arch since 2004 (the Judd Vinet days), have done dev at all levels from apps to kernel device drivers for AT&T SystemV 3.3.3.

Currently retired and cherry picking projects to keep my busy. I held a top secret clearance as a Marine, and I use that now to do mainly DoD and VA projects.
