Yet Another Monochrome Icon Set For KDE Plasma

You’re welcome @swh

This is such an amazing project, thank you for the work on this. It’s almost hard to believe how complete it is! Definitely one of the coolest icon projects in Linux history I think.

The only two apps I can see without icons are Cool Retro Term and Media Downloader:

cool-retro-term
appimagekit-cool-retro-term
media-downloader
io.github.mhogomchungu.media-downloader

Welcome to the forum, @RightEdofer! :enos:

Thank you for your kind words.

I’ll see what I can do to include this in an upcoming release.

Edit:
Today marks YAMIS’s first anniversary!

Happy Birthday Yamis

Happy Birthday :birthday_cake: YAMIS GOAT of icons

Wow, that went quick
Happy birthday YAMIS!

(my brain can’t decide if I have this icon set installed since forever or if it just came out )

Time flies so fast. Thank you all for the kind words and support!

The BEST, and arguably the most complete, third-party icon set available for Linux!

Nice pic! Thanks @UncleSpellbinder :black_heart: :white_heart:

@dirn, I don’t know if you need or even want these. But if so, these are the images I made for the birthday image.

Thank you for sharing it :slightly_smiling_face:

When you put your mind at task and create something a lot of people can use on their

computers it can become a huge task but the joy is in seeing people express their gratitude

for the skills of creative individuals who enjoy computers and computing.

Rich

Anyone using ghostty? Are you able to open ghostty while using YAMIS?

Yes, working as expected

Thanks @swh for confirming. Some user in opendesktop mentioned ghostty crashed when open while using YAMIS. He/She able to open ghostty after changing the icon from svg to svgo.

Svgo is a no go as that will cause the icon adaptive behavior to breaks. I’ll get more info from the person.
