Hello! Does anyone know if there is a way to make the XFCE application finder close on focus loss? I want it to behave like the focus loss setting in the whisker menu. I’ve tried googling and searching this forum but I can’t find anything.

Not sure but I think you might be able to do so using program xdotool from package xdotool.
Install xdotool and check the manual page for more info.
Maybe xdotool command behave helps?
Note that I haven’t tried it, but it looks promising. Also note that it may not work well on wayland.
Hmm. I’ve looked at it and it does seem like it should be able to do it. But I’m really struggling to make it work. I’ll take a further look later, thank you
