WPA3 + NetworkManager (plasma-nm) weirdness?

So, I’ve been doing some network changes on my home network. Completely disabled 2.4GHz wireless, disabled 802.11AC on the 5GHz wireless #1 (so it’s AX only), and set encryption to WPA-3 (on the AX-only network). It works fine, but I’ve noticed a weird oddity. In plasma-nm if I attempt to create a connection to my wireless, I’ll get an error that says “802-11-wireless-security.key-mgmt: Access point does not support PSK but setting requires it”
However, if I go to wireless management, MANUALLY create the connection and set the PSK and set encryption to WPA-3, it’ll connect and function just fine. Anyone know why it gets an error when trying to connect “automagically”?
